Good application for troubleshooting. Easy to use. Combines numerous system tasks and tricks. Oriented for Mac beginners. All these things are built into OS X and advanced Mac users may easily use console, access library, check all statistics and info in System Information, manually change the dock location and set up login items in Users and Groups preferences etc. Unfortunately this app blocks antivirus applications functionality.

I have downloaded the latest FastTask2 for Mac. MacUpdate and the developer note this application is FREE for home use.
However what neither tell you is that upon every startup launch it brings up a huge message requesting a serial number or selection that the user is using the application for home use.
The Developer has a right to protect his application but then again i have a right to stop using this application.
It also seems that the developer has set a price for his application and does not allow the user to make a donation which i have done..
Top marks for the application
zero marks for the developers claim that the application is FREE
meaning FREE only if the user puts up with startup nag message.

The functions are somewhat out of date ( 2014 application ) when you are using OS 10.9 or Yosemite.
There is a limited amount of information provided however FREE is FREE.

FastTasks 2 is Fantastic! Thank you to the creators of FastTasks because FastTasks got rid of MacKeeper and all its crap in a few easy steps. It took me 5 minutes and you sorted out all the annoying pop ups and that horrible MacKeeper continually trying to open. I am so pleased and relieved. My IT guy came out last time and billed me 800 bucks!
